Smoke makes enemies nonresponsive - fix submitted

A few turns of being in smoke makes enemies completely nonresponsive. This makes smoke pretty incredibly powerful! Even after the smoke completely dissipates, they still fail to act.

Not sure entirely what’s going on, going to look into it.

I fixed it, and sent a pull request, in the process of adding Smokers.
