I might be wrong about this but I am fairly sure I have cough a cold but there is nothing in the Effects.
Is this a new feature or I my character just suddenly drink like crazy and have to sleep as much as a 1 month kid?
I did a backup of my save in case it is needed.

I’ve had the same problem. I’ve gotten the common cold after just 1 ingame hour with no good cause for it, I don’t know if it’s a bug but seems unrealistic.
i got common cold in fists 30-40 turns of the game. i was useless since i didn’t have any dayquil and there was no way to prevent this.
