"Sheaths" for Rifles/SMGs/Shotguns (RESOLVED)

Some clothing items have the ability to holster a pistol or sheath a knife/sword. Would it be possible to also make one for Rifles/Shotguns/SMG’s? It would act like a shoulder strap so you can sling the gun behind your back or something.

Jesus Christ, if you would of simply looked up “rifle sling” in the search bar you would have gotten about 10+ posts about rifle slings including some from me.

This has been suggested already, just low on the dev’s list. I just might work on it…

Hey i would do it myself if i knew how to code in a “Sheath_Rifle” flag or whatever it would be. The rest of the item is simple.

changed 31 files with 547 additions and 471 deletions.

So, still an outdated suggestion, but for a much better reason. I know there were some upgraded save corruption issues with the first PR for it and I don’t know if the later I’ve fixed that, so I’d be hesitant to update without a backup, but it’s in there now.

my old save game has not been fixed the problem persists for now.

any newly made game saves and reloads normaly.

To be fair, for me it isn’t. My version (0.A 2332) was downloaded November 8[sup]th[/sup]

check in the lates experimental whether its already implemented or not.

to be fair here:

it may not be easy to find every feature just like that… it might require quite some searching.
and this is a very recent change.

i suggest you check the anouncements for new features.

or directly follow the progress on github if you like.

however;
