I started a random character, and as soon as I spawned in, grabbed the bottle of water in the basement, and checked the lockers for gas masks…

I found a humming tube in a pile of rubble literally right next to the shelter.

I don’t know what it is, or what it does, but it’s got three charges, and I’ve never seen it before, so I’m going to screw around with it a bunch.

RNG loves me.

I Wouldn’t exactly say rng love you … most of them are just straight up deadly, or slowly kill you, or just do nothing of interest. Only a extremely tiny part is worth looking at.

It turns out that when you get attention from an artifact, it’s not the good kind.
