Now alot of the world settings I left alone as i do not understand there exact effects. So if someone would kindlly explain them more precise that the tool tips do that would be nice.
Wait you put initial points to 0 and trait points to 1000. That is a interesting choice.
Whenever I want to make a OP character i increase initial points and only rarely I need to increase my trait points to get a OP char.

I usually like to play with this options to have an easy (because I suck) yet relatively fun and atmospheric, with almost no loot to grab. I play more stealthily whenever I can, though sometimes that’s useless if they are slow, i still found it entertaining. I think they should be a liiittle faster though.
Do yeah, kinda wastelandish. Some zombies, lots of NPCs, and the city like if it was looted a lot.
I wish we could have a mod to throw garbage and broken bottles and paper everywhere and break a lot of windows and some doors be opened. Ohhh that would make the atmosphere go up to eleven.
I use 0 starting points because of the skills to stats mod so i start with each stat at 4 giving me a good chunk of points anyway and the skills to stats after the 1st day takes over the stat numbers
