Question about world generation changes for .8

in previous versions if you use the same ‘world’ for different characters the spawns (including corpses) changed between worlds. Now your corpse would still be there when you came back.

in .8 it appears that the spawns are the same for all characters in a world.

is this correct?

just verifying.

er, there should not be a difference, if monsters and corpses were changing between characters, that was a bug. When you start a character, the world should be more or less exactly as it was the last time you played. There is one oddity in that monsters near a character get saved with that character, so they disappear from the map.

Perhaps keep your town density to default or below, I find it gets upset if I don’t.
