are there any locations where power armour can be frequently found? i especially want a hauling frame. i have a suit of heavy and light armour, and would like to be able to carry things around 
Military places are your best bet.
Bank vaults are quite a good shot too.
Oddly enough, wasp hives can also have power armor hiding around somewhere. Sounds like bullshit, but Iām telling the truth. I even found my set of HEAVY power armor in there!
