The best friend man is from the Cata++ prepper faction additions if I recall correctly! Not my mod content, but Cata++ is a great bit and a very nice mod

But isn’t it obsolete when lua has been axed?
If you want to use Lua mods - it is possible on version that I mentioned (or any prior version, e.g. stable 0.D).
