I tried telling him to guard my base until it was %8 chance then he turned hostile. All he did is whack me one for a critical of 10 damage. My head hp went from perfect to completly gone in one hit! How was he able to I was using karate, idk how that could happen. Are NPC’s still really buggy only had static on. I figured it was safe considering they are on by default.
npc are powerfull like players if it come to fight maybe he had realy big mele skill
Maybe. But killed me with only 10 damage. perhaps my head hp was really low and I didn’t notice.
Huh, I’ve been able to weather out eight steel crossbow bolts to the torso and a few aluminum bat whacks to the face from an NPC, and then still killed them in the end. They can really vary in terms of skills, yeah.
maybe you got stunlocked by npc like some pepole by turrets

Obviously some sort of fleshbore to attach to his fist. Seems a decent enough object to fabricate to me.
He was using his fists, I guess his karate was better than mine.
