Needful things (simple additions to improve the game)

I thought that already sort of existed in the form of the toxic waste dump. Although, it could use a major facelift…

Sorry, is there a toxic waste dump apart from the Waste Sarcophagus? I was thinking more illegal dumping instead of government sanctioned dumping.

what about industrial parks?

places like towns but instead of homes and shops are full of large buildings with industrial materials, tools and machines. I don’t think i have ever seen anything like that.

Yeah, it predates multi-tile structures. You can still find them in the middle of random fields.

Buried stashes, notes you can find with coordanites and when you find the area its reveald on the ground with an x or something telling you to dig there.

Since there’s a lot of survivor gear available, how about one more?

Survivor rollerskates. Slightly better defense than standard rollerskates/rollerblades, but otherwise acts like them… like basically survivor boots with wheels.

Survivor SpringShoes.

How about a change over on anything that uses batteries for crafting from having to be loaded between batches to just having them nearby? I sure love only being able to craft 8 stacks of dehydrated meat at a time with a basic food dehydrator, then stopping, then reloading, then crafting another 8 stacks. It’d be easier to just have the batteries be part of the recipe like with clothing crafting needing thread/threadlike substance.

Consider UPS tools, more than one UPS tool used in a recipe, UPS tools mixed with regular tools (and vehicle tools, and bionics).
It works for thread because all usable tools use thread (same amount of thread at that) and the thread can only be substituted for a different thread item.

This cataclysm futuree at least everyone agreed on the same batteries. thats probably what caused the cataclysm in the first place :smiley:

That is fair enough, hadn’t considered that a food dehydrator could be modded to be atomic, or UPS, or vehicle batt, or be run off bionic power with a UPS cbm.

Please make ability to (a)civate hood on clothes, to donning hood together with hats\head flashlight.

What if the huge mutation prevented you from using rooves instead of any vehicle? if it could also add a hefty sum of weight to you I think it would work out.

Keep in mind that there are both ‘large’ and ‘huge’ mutations, and that according to almost all other references to size thats the size of an SUV or better.

I was kind of bummed, when i realized javelins don’t go in quivers.

is there a reason why that is?
I think they should be added as viable ammo for the quiver!

what we lack is heat tolerance. iirc cold blood doesn’t grant any bonus to being warm

Some trait thoughts:
-Prostophobic: You can’t stand thoughts about YOUR OWN BODY PARTS being raplaced with some EVIL MACHINES. (You can’t implement CBM or you simply get bad morale for every CBM in your body)
-Prostophile: You love altering your imperfect body with technological miracles! (Good morale for every CBM)

The ability to hit zombies to slow them down and such, like reducing their main health pool but giving them leg arm and head health pools, but having them perhaphs be more brittle health pools than living npcs.
