‘Construction site’ type building
concrete / quicklime / wood / logs / rebar / etc readily available depending on the building type and construction stage, small chance for tools to spawn
aswell as construction vehicles
Say… The ability to quickly pick up and transport everything that’s on a tile ( All 4000 ) regardless of weight
Or the ability to move constructed objects which are either too heavy for your character ( Or impossibly heavy )
a less powerful solution for hauling, able to lift immense weights aswell
The building type atleast, should be easy to implement
goal- Making construction more feasible :)
I fully support this, especially the suggested vehicle addons.
Could you add a new martial arts style, Survivor style, that you learn by compining exsisting MA’s the player has and uses.
This would simulate talented martial artist mixing different techniques from different styles to a balanced mix meeting all the needs.
Naturally havin several styles is costly or takes time to obtain the books needed.
Basically an advanced Brawling requiring two or more martial art styles.
Or if you had a way to mix and match some of the techniques and abilities from all the styles you’ve learned. That would be more complex but more Fun. owo
Yarrr, but that would kinda make your bad luck worse.
If you only found less useful styles, like aikido, judo aso you could only choose from less useful techniques.

Or you could cobble together all the most useless styles and get something that MIGHT actually kill a zombie. o3o
EDIT: Also, I would kinda like if there were a few “partial success” results when installing and removing bionics. Like inflicting damage or mutating, but still installing it correctly. Likewise, forcibly yanking out a faulty bionic would presumably have a chance of hurting like hell, but still removing it.
Could someone add Gauntlet Of Blasting, a kevlar gauntlet with integrated Blaster CBM with a UPS-jack to be powered by UPS?
(Or plutonium!)
Don’t wanna go mangling my hand beyond repair with Blaster Arm but want to try it out on the other hand.
Or maybe adding “enchanting”, meaning you could join CBMs and clothing as crafting.
I’m pondering two additions to More Survival Tools.
One, re-introducing the “makeshift sled” deployable vehicle the mod had before I PR’d for the first time. Two, some form of makeshift sunglasses/snow goggles, presumably inspired by the Inuit iggaak.
Any thoughts on either idea? For the latter presumably should have at least some eye encumbrance, if only because the non-craftable sunglasses would be made redundant otherwise. o3o
convert appliances like ovens, microwaves etc, from furniture to vehicles. to make it less at issue for balance / a quick type improvement, the “vehicles” could be un-dissasemblable, only breakable, so that balance with existing vehicles is not at issue (you can’t replicate them).
This change should let you power these appliances via jumper cables under the current implementation if I understand it correctly
the games handling of electricity is so incredibly shoddy, it didn’t seem to be a big issue
could be handwaved with a DC/AC conversion kit on the appliance, or that local power had been switched over to DC in catalore.
Oh well. Any input on the idea of a makeshift sunglasses?
seems legit, requiring high survival / some fab skill and inflicting some encumbrance / etc etc
I think they’re great! wood carving in general is a deep unexplored hole in CDDA >_>
Since quite a few more buildings have been added I think we could have the possible starting locations added to. I’d like to start as a priest in a church and bring righteous vengeance on the unearthly invaders.
