Multiple hubs? (are present in the game and now there are more than 15 characters in this subject line)

I just noticed that there is more than one Hub 01 on the map. I suppose that makes sense as you can’t know which way the player is going to explore.

Does that mean you can do all the hub missions twice, or do they share a collective consciousness?
