I am fairly certain we all would get over a random dude in the apocalypse in a day or two max.
chocolate, or any complex food recipe. the better the food, the higher the morale boost. also, eat it while its still hot. read good books, porn is a decent morale booster. find an MP3 player and a hand held game system. stay out of the rain, and try to control your body temp. try to stay away from the addictive substances unless you can manufacture them yourself, as they might cause more problems than they fix later on. get a dog, I dont know if it gives any morale boost, just do it. dogs are wonderful. do you like dags?
