I just got out of a Lab Raid and while down there I found a room with 5 or so CBMs in it, one of which I’ve never seen and can’t find any information on.

So what exactly does Joint Torsion Bionic do and are there more new bionics added alongside this one.

It should generate bionic energy for you as you move around, if I understand correctly.

It generates 1 energy every 60 moves.
