I am curious if there is a mod that allows us to play as a monster / animal. It would be interesting. I used to have a great time during Alien campaign in AvP 2
yeah its called drinking mutagen. at a high enough threshold you’ll turn into a complete monster and can play as a fungus or slime

I think OP wants to play as an actual animal, not a mutant. Which, to be fair, sounds interesting.
Playing as a wolf may be fun.
Chuging mutagen is the best we can do. Take it or make a mod yourself.
play as a gigant crab that lives in rivers, killing and eating zombies. sounds like a good plan

As far as I can tell their is currently no mod that let’s you start out as a monster. This could change however and you can start the change you want to see.
