Icelandic translation

Hiya!
Thanks all for the work on an amazing game.

I’d like to do a translation into Icelandic. I think I’m a fairly competent translator. May I please ask someone to add Icelandic to the language list in the Transifex project so I can start?

I’ve already done the “request language” thing, if it helps.

I guess you need PR with new language and changes to options.cpp and translation.cpp.
