How to recharge the new Battery Cells

Can anyone tell me how to charge the new battery cells? They can’t be unloaded so I can’t condense all these little 4/100 and 5/150 ones I have lying around, so there’s maybe a way to recharge them? I can’t seem to put them into a vehicle to charge so I’m kind of at a loss right now. What am I missing?

A recharging station should be able to recharge all batteries. There was talk of making certain battery types disposable, but I don’t believe that was implemented. So, as far as I’m aware, and someone please correct me if I’m wrong, all should be useable with the recharging station.
