Basically same scale up as the other spiders, except no poison, significantly beefier, and they occasionally shoot spines at you.
Wikipedia claims all tarantulas are venomous, and though the poison generally doesn’t kill you, I imagine tarantula venom * 20 is probably likely to incapacitate you.
in that case the black widow poison should be lethal especially at dramatic size increase…
Tarantula poison is bee-sting ish, probably give them the same level of pain-causing debilitating poison, possibly worse for volume.
The spine thing is more an irritant than anything else, they don’t come at you like darts or anything.
