If I have a crowbar and a scissor lift or bottle jack, I am getting in that ministorage.
Perhaps allow an action to force metal door if you have both Prying and Jacking tools on hand?

Sounds plausible to me. Perhaps something with high prying quality and a sledgehammer to get in the metal doors you normally need to blowtorch? Might need to add something sturdier for vault doors then though.
It would say a vehicle part that takes a whole log that provides “Battering Ram 1”.
