Pretty much what the topic says. Applying them uses up a charge, but does nothing.
Pretty much any item that requires a charge and in exchange does something, that’s useable by “eating” it is broken right now. Some highlights:
Mutigen, Bandages, First Aid, Disinfectant, etc…
It’s kinda game breaking XD
I’m confirming this in g42f6c19. It’s definitely making this lab more challenging.
