Error for mutation category "threshold_mut"

I just got back to Cataclysm DDA after having it on hold for like 2-3 months, and whenever I try to create a character in a new world I am greeted with this:

I get this error on multiple mods, as I was able to see on a quick check, including this mod, Cataclysm++, and Arcana, among possibly others.

Default values were removed from threshold_mut, mutagen_message and iv_message nodes, so mutation categories MUST set them explicitily.
