Seems standing in different spots in this evac shelter gives me very different temp ratings in the char info screen. -26 and -37 for head temperature, in adjacent tiles. Doesnt seem to be affected by proximity to windows or doors, and sometimes changes after moving then waiting in place. (Its snowing and windy outside, though)
If you’ve a fire going, its Hot Air fields may be moving around.
