You can easily train dodging very quickly to an absurd level by finding a sewer rat, making sure your torso isnt encumbered, and holding down the 5 button to pass the turns
Well, if the rat doesn’t get lucky or have friends show up, maybe. I’ll have to check.
My 10 DX 7 IN char stood around mostly-dodging until the rat had torn his suit and taken the torso down to yellow HP. Focus didn’t diminish & Dodge wasn’t gained. THAT might be a bug, but the original report seems invalid. Sorry, but thanks for the general-direction.
