Dissasemble/butcher engines?

I just find a 12V diesel and is broken
I cant figure how to disassemble engines.
Already find a way to repair outside the car, need to lift the engine
Inside the car is easy.
But I cannot find the items for repair.
I try butcher engines in many ways searching for the parts, cant find the right key.
