What armor load out do you use anticipating bullets for each area (arms, legs, head). What do you do to defend yourself against head shots from other NPCs?
agaist headshot from firearm i do not thing there is something what will allow you survive if its not a .22 BB or beanbag try power armor but still you will get some damage
