Agitated Sleep?

Something that always bothered me in Cataclysm DDA is that every time I wake up, at least most of the time I wake up Very hungry and Very thirsty and to me that doesn’t make much sense especially because I always go to sleep Full and Slaked, shouldn’t the use of energy during the sleep be smaller during the night like in real life?

Not sure if this is considered a suggestion or just a debate …

actualy going from full to hungry and from hungry to very hungry is realy fast but you can be very hungry for realy long time alslo recyler unit stop need for water and food during sleep

Yes, an active individual - especially an athletic one - needs three meals during one day, or one ration if the situation is dire. On the other hand, a grown (male) individual needs one liter of water every five hours.
