As the release candidate for 0.9 is out, I’ve uploaded the .pot file to launchpad, and changed the recommended translation focus to a new 0.9 series.
There should be no more string changes until the actual 0.9 release, unless any urgent bugfixes require them. So hopefully the 0.9 series on launchpad will become the actual 0.9 translations :).
