i recall numpad working before… now it doesent? and im not sure what im doing wrong

What wrong with the numpad
Y’know the weird thing is, I get different responses from the numpad in cata from my desktop and laptop. Desktop? no problems at all. Laptop? I need to use the arrow keys. (of which 2 are missing. OTL)
