• Its called “Handle” and I dont know whats its purpose.

It’s what is used for the handle bars of a bicycle or motorcycle, but you could attach them to other things.

It is a vehicle part, it’s sole purpose is to be attached to vehicles. Other things = any vehicle it will successfully attach to.

You can’t currently attach a smaller vehicle to a larger vehicle,AFAIK, if that is what you were asking.

If you use chesthole’s tile set, it looks like this when you attach it to a vehicle
