Uncap the maximum initial points and trait points in the debug menu

As it stands, the max cap for initial points is 25. Well, sometimes, I just want to turn spawns up to 50 and see how long God lasts in the zombie apocalypse. Now, as it stands, I have to use Cheat Engine to get it to do what I want.

If a person’s gonna use the debug menu to raise their initial points, that’s their business.

I’ve tried altering it in the options text, but it doesn’t seem to want to work like that. Anyone got any advice? Or is it hard coded?

This will be uncapped when we get around to it, just haven’t had time yet.
