nothing skill related seems to be hard capped. or soft capped.

i have a difficulty test of 90 on one of my ‘enemy’ spawners because of the way it works. its a bullet that will spawn a momster adjacent to your location and it tests for your skill and for.your faction alignment rather than the monster it belongs to.

when the test was put at 10 a high level survivor could pass it and the newly spawned mon would be the player faction

So, current experimental I’m playing is a couple weeks old - about a few days or so before the construction skill was removed.

Copying my save file to the new experimental doesn’t seem to work. Crashes the game. Is there a way to move my old save file to recent experimentals, or am I stuck with the experimental version that still has the construction skill?

Is there any way to cure the darkness effect other than killing the thing that caused it? The stupid thing ran away into the thick woods and I spent an hour trying to find it with no luck.

So in the last in-game hour I killed 70 zombos by driving them over (the car saved my one-days characters live). What’s the best way to find useful items among the pile of everything?

Yeah, I know of the Viev screen, but do you guys have any fast ways of going through the 30 pages of items?

Theres a filter on it. You can search for items by name.

Another question, how long does the morale penalty from killing kid zombies last for, cause running over 20 kids and getting -60 penalty doesn’t help in surviving?

Maybe you just thought you got damaged?

It’s the non sleep healing bug. You are healing while awake. It’s being fixed.

I have read the Biodiesel book but the recipie for diesel is not appearing in the crafting menu. I have fabrication 9 and mechanics 6 - any advice?

How’s your cooking skill? Crafting diesel requires cooking skill, not fabrication nor mechanics.

Cooking is only 4, that must be it. Anyone know how high is needed?

You’ll probably need 6-8 cooking skill for diesel, and until you memorize the recipe in the course of crafting it, you will need the Bio-diesel book nearby for the recipe to show up on the crafting list.
