Dismantle computer terminals (lots in certain POIs).
Dismantle electronic hardware (big stuff that’s the tiles themselves) you find at the power station types of POIs or outside of radio stations/towers.

Sounds like you want tons of water - if - get a vehicle with water tanks and maybe a FOODCO kitchen buddy to easily purify it.
For simple day to day water a couple gallon jugs with funnels (activate the funnels to put them “on”) yields plenty of water for cookie and drinking. Have a hotplate or mess kit filled with batteries and a pot nearby to bulk boil the water and empty plastic bottles to store the clean water.
In my experience in repairing or dealing with damaged wheels you just get scrap metal types of stuff from tires. Find a vehicle with destroyed tires and remove a few - you’ll just get scrap.

I need all this to get into a military bunker nearby. I have a .50 rifle with some BMG rounds, but the turrets just laugh it off. I collected the casings and am using them to make .50 API rounds which should work a bit better.
Well, I haven’t played this game in a while. Guess I’ll check out the new stuff and updates. When I last played, my char was still in winter, actually just starting it. I don’t know if it was a bug or not, but my temperature was always stuck at Warm(Falling), and it stayed that way. I kept experimenting with the clothing set that gave the most prot/storage/warmth, i.e. with wool ponchos, wool socks, etc. Maybe it was that?

I think I will use thermal electric suit, but it’ll be better if I can find a UPS CBM, so I don’t have to lug around batteries for my electric socks and balaclava as well. Anyone know where to find those UPS CBMs? Or should I take an alternative method?

What units does the time period above represent? Ive seen enough in-game and in-json examples to have a rough idea of how long ‘168’ units are, but I still dont know exactly what 1 unit is.

While I believe there is a limit where the vehichle simply stops going, essentially yes, you are trading speed for fuel efficiency.

Currently the only gains to efficiency from weaker engine are:
The engine itself is lighter
When going below 1% safe speed, the fuel usage is rounded up to 1%
Right now there is no good reason to use smaller engines, except electric ones.
