why is lighter better?
dont you want weight for that extra ‘umph’?

Gotcha, I’ll replace my large electric motors with enhanced ones as soon as I can. I found two in a sports car on the way here and I plan on going past them again, first at a few thousand miles an hour and then at walking speed.
Are small wheels or motorcycle wheels smaller?
EDIT: small wheels
Remember that the way drag works, you want a single line vehicle (bike-shaped) for best results.
Also i think that electric motors used to be so much worse than V12 that they limited the max speed, not increased it… We 'd need power-to-weight ratio figures
Does Burnt have an effect on an gun? I tried to repair it but it says its in peak condition. If it doesn’t effect the gun is there a way to get rid of the adjective?
Currently no
Burnt has only three effects: it affects how the item burns, it affects zombies rising from the dead and it adds the adjective.
Burning affects zombies rising? Sweet, I guess I can stop butchering literally everything in my way.
Well no. They still rise. If you burn them enough theyll pulp, but most combat fires Ive used they only get to badly burnt.
Badly burnt corpses won’t rise by themselves and even if revived by a necro, their speed will be… uh… negative?
Moderately burnt corpses take longer to rez, rez with less speed and less hp.
That badly burnt part looks like a bug to me. I just debugged in some badly burnt corpses to test it and the resulting zeds are just standing there, losing moves. I assume that they will keep doing it until their moves wrap around from INT_MIN to INT_MAX.
I am stuck in a vault. Not by the endless waves of Wanderesr (those are easily dispatched, they can’t do much against a full power armor and a diamond katana), but by a bug.
When i try to walk left, the game crash. I’ve tested several times but i think that there is a problem with my savefile.
Is there a way i can debug myself out of this situation? I’d really like to explore this vault and finish my mutation line
(If this message fit better in the garage, feel free to displace it )
Teleport via debug, either short or long range.
Thanks, i could avoid the bug by a long range teleport.
On the subject of mutation:
Does anywone know why i keep losing Mycus Spores in profoit of Mycus Blossoms, then back to spore, then to sporogenis and back to blossom? I though it would be something like spores > blossoms > sporogenesis
It’s supposed to be a mutation fork, between one source of spore generation and the other. My bug senses are tingling.
Nah, I guess you’re supposed to be able to alternate between both of them. It happens to me all the time.
So I’ve been making use of the debug menu to keep my npcs rested since they still seem to be having issues, but while i do i noticed that their hunger and thirst numbers are climbing. Do i need to feed them now?
Also how do you determine the properties of the weird items you find in the middle of a rubble pile, I just found a rattling disk, it seems to lower my strength by 3 and when i activate it blood soaks out of the walls and floor, does it do anything else and if so how do i determine that?
Looking at the wiki is the only way I know of outside of experience.
Each Adjective Shape has its own special doodads.
The first chart is talking about weight and volume right?
I think this page is out of date because it doesnt say anything about this specific artifact reducing strength.
When a weapon (or bite attack) references ‘accuracy’, what exactly is a unit of accuracy?
what is -1 taking away that +1 gives?
is it really as simple as rolling d20s and factoring attack/dodge?
1d10 per unit
Rolled versus dodge
Dodge is a bit harder, because torso encumbrance decreases the sides, not the dice
Playing on hordes mode, I found a giant ant infestation near my shelter. I’m thinking that this is a good thing as long as I’m careful, because they’ll fight any zombies that show up to ruin my day?
Large or strong hordes will still be able to wipe out the local populations and it may take time for them the rebuild.
