Can an Welding rig get me into Bunkers and Labs?

Nope. A jackhammer can take down the walls and an acetelyne torch can take down the door. Sonic resonator cbm is handy too. Explosives are capable, provided they are big enough. I think you could smash down the wall with a homewrecker/sledgehammer and hydraulic muscles, but I haven’t tried that in awhile.

edit: On second thought, the rig could get you inside the walls indirectly. Just make a massive spike of a vehicle and ram the lab at high speed. Good luck.

How do you deal with cop bot? They seems hard to touch in melee and they zap me everytime.
Is there a weapon that allows me to karate them without getting zappped or should i use a melee weapon?

Some of the unarmed weapons might, if they aren’t make of metal. But I don’t think there are any non-metal unarmed weapons.

Even then, that won’t protect you from getting tazed.

Are you trying to take bots unarmed? You reeeeally shouldn’t. Bullets with some armor penetration will do. You could take them with a melee weapon but you’d have to be strong and skilled. Katana, broadsword, machete, mace, nodachi, homewrecker… It’s an armored opponent so bigger damage helps. Also, there is a CBM that makes you immune to electrical shocks. Dielectric something… Dielectric capacitors?

Dielectric Capacitance CBM makes you immune to electricity (while it’s active).

But mostly, you can just let them cuff you, then wait for the cuffs’ battery to run out. That’s usually the safest way to deal with them.

i beat cop bots with katana
but some people (read: op survivors) just use unarmed on tankbots (funsize ninja or the flame)

Not sure. I know its inferior in terms of having greater penalties to aim and weight and volume.

yes. A James Bond gun witha homemade supressor makes 67 sound, and with a regular one makes 57.

Well they will pay you more for items that match this list! I just bummed a rollmat from an npc and traded it back to them for messanger bag.

My preferred OP tankbuster tends to be the incorruptible sword, but I highly doubt I’m ever going to replicate that one-time instance of hacking one to ribbons with it. o3o

I suppose mine would be the chainsaw lajatang. Go crit or go die, I say. And it’s probably the only weapon that a reasonably strong survivor can wield which causes the shoggoth to shed its acid blood on hit.

personaly i like blades, mostly katana because its light weight and quick

and no chainsaws, i go green, only solar and pre-cataclysm batteries (or batteries crafted from acid rain)
