Take it to a goverment building and get some stamps, stamps make any document look more official. Even if it’s a big one that says “Denied”.

Main problem is turning corners with that thing on sewer tunnels.

Made a sort of wooden boat, but some sewage tiles seem to turn into dirt tiles when the boat passes through.

Starting a new game on my phone again resulted in my longest mobile run but, unfortunately, also the first time I’m not actually able to deal with an infection right away.

It’s 1AM of Day 2 and the wound has turned green, and I’m experiencing headaches and periodic nausea. Cauterizing the wound is no longer an option, and I don’t have any disinfectant, antibiotics or first aid kits. I’ve been taking aspirin like crazy to lower the pain and eventually I found Tramadol, which I took, which removed the pain entirely. The problem is, I don’t know if I can survive, with the infection and the stat debuffs in particular. I can’t sleep and my condition is getting worse by the hour.

Is there anything else left to do? I’m assuming scavenging for any of the medical things I mentioned is a top priority but I don’t know if the risk is worth taking. I broke into 5 houses already and still nothing. What are the chances of me dying and how long is it going to take? I believe I’ve been infected for nearly 10 hours now (including the blue wound state).

Sure, I can put an arrow in their eyes, but the wandering NPCs concerns me about stealing my stuff in my base.

How I can add “locks” that I can only open and not the NPCs?

Put something they will have to bash through in their way. For example, a bookcase. This won’t stop them, but it will make them wake you up.

Stash your stuff in a vehicle, for example a shopping cart. NPCs can’t look into those yet.

Well that´s is a bit soft but would do the trick. I rater prefer amputate their hands / strip nake them and dump from my vehicle and let the Z´s hordes provides justice. But hey, that´s what I do normally in Dwarf Fortress. Someday we could do this in CDDA.

Hmmm, i cant figure out what affect the health number, taking vitamins obviously and it seems like healthier foods but some times it just dips for no apparent reason. Can any one give me a few pointers on keeping it high?

I’ve found a slime pit and burned all the slimey surface to ashes above the ground. I’ve also started some fire down the slime pit as well. Would burning everything put an end to their spawning?

Right now I’m not so sure myself, if z-levels are enabled. You’ll need to at least clear the area of all blobs and big blobs (and brain blobs if they’re around) - though if you use fire that’s practically the entire place anyway.
