Junk food is often, but not always, unhealthy. Don’t eat candy sticks and such small stuff, as they’re not filling but can be unhealthy, and their unhealthiness can add up quickly if you fill your belly with them.
Mutagens, alcohol and drugs are unhealthy.
Did you start out as a broken cyborg? Have all your malfunctioning bionics removed.
Pine needle tea is healthy. So are most raw fruits and vegetables. Fill a steel jerrycan with pine needle tea.
Take vitamins 1-2 times a day.
Wear something over your mouth at all times, preferrably with environmental protection of 3 or more.
I’ve found a slime pit and burned all the slimey surface to ashes above the ground. I’ve also started some fire down the slime pit as well. Would burning everything put an end to their spawning?

Probably not, but it may have changed from a few months ago. It is possible to alter the spawnrate by editing the game files. After editing you might still have to kill the slimes from existing pits to see the effects.
I’ve found an electric car with swapable battery case, swapable batery, a large electric motor and some solar panels. Is it enough for the batery to charge or do I need some additional components?
Also, how can i install my vehicle welding rig?
Depends on the condition of the parts. A damaged battery loses charge slowly, or fast even. Damaged solar panels charge slower. Even if in full condition, you wouldn’t be able to drive the car non-stop with default parts. You would have to let it charge quite often, or switch full batteries to it.
The welding rig goes on an empty frame or heavy frame. An armor plating and a roof can exist on the same tile but not much else.
