For anyone curious on the topic of accurizing bows, the short answer is yes…ish.
Long answer, there’s a bunch of stuff you can do to make a bow more accurate for you (if you make it accurate for you and give it to someone who isn’t identical to you in size, shape, and archery form, it won’t work nearly as well). Most of it involves making minor adjustments to various things, shooting a bit and seeing if it seems better. Thing is, the adjustments mainly require allen wrenches and a handful of specialised tools that don’t currently exist ingame, which I might fix at some point. Someday I might make it so you can accurize all the bows with special tools, but for now it’s just the compound with firearm tools even though that doesn’t really make sense.
Rose, as near as I can tell, it has to do with comparative social skills and a related skill check. If you have higher persuasion and bartering, then you get a smaller malus when trading.
I’m screwed, right? This is the place where the blood centrifuge is supposed to be, isn’t it?
I don’t know where it is located, but the wiki says it’s in the central square…
Is there any other way to analyze zombie blood for a ref. center doctor?
So kind of newish to the game and this site. Can’t believe I didn’t find CDDA sooner but better late than never I guess. Anyway, I’m sure this is a basic question but have been wondering if there’s some way to drop multiple items at once from inv? Like if you got XXXXX (50), you can drop them all at once, but if it’s 50 XXXXX it seems I can only drop one at a time. Am I missing something or do you have to just spend the time dropping all 50 whatevers individually?
Ahh marvelous, thank you! That is going to save me so much time & hassle. Dropping one thing at a time was getting real tedious & still figuring out the commands & game as a whole.
What is the mod(s) modify the wooden and iron javelin besides more survival tools? I am trying to play with alot of mods and basically those two are no longer considered ammo by the atlatl which make an error pop up every time I go over it.
A recent thing that was added is that in player made fires you can get ash after the fire is extinguished. What I want to know is if it is dependent on what is burned, how much or what it is burned in (between burning it in a brazier or an oven). Right now it seems that a brazier is not a fireplace that produces ash though.

Yeah, it is dependant on what is burned. As I’ve been using braziers as a light source I can tell you how much you get from burning some of the more common wood resources.
splintered wood - 8 units of ash.
2 by 4 - 25 units of ash ( I think heavy sticks also give you 25 ).
Logs - 110~130 units of ash, logs are slightly randomized.
There is also a crafting recipe for making ash directly.
I believe a fireplace will give you the same amount of ash, it’s just that fireplaces are supposed to last longer, I think. First time I heard about using ovens.
Yeah apparently ovens are a fire safe container (weird but makes sense in a way) but I have had fires that lasted days in a brazier and at no point do I get any ash.
OK I figured it out. It is one(or more) of the mods in my load order that is apparently making wood not burn into ash.
With that said since this appears to be a json thing what actually defines that wood burns into ash?
I imagine it is probably a screwy override in the gigantic load order somewhere and I would like to have a search term to hopefully troubleshoot faster.
You know what, I’ve had a situation recently when a trader started having a malus for me after I asked him for items when starting a quest. Maybe there’s some kind of a bug involved?
