Yeah, gun stores are usually the best, oherwise it’s raiding military stuff or even the barracks of labs or weapon testing areas.
I saw on the latests updates something about magic, do i have to create a new world?, and how do i access to it?

Create new world add Magiclysm mod.
It’s at the end of the list.
Or you can add it manually by editting “Your CDDA folder” > save > “Your intended world” > mods.json. Add the mod id you wanted in this case “magiclysm”. Be careful every mod id should be closed with quote sign and ended with comma except the last mod id. It will look somewhat like this.

Now you can play with magic.

I I have I have a quick question. Have not been in the game for like a year and I am curiuse. By mining what can you find besides stone?
Coal and limestone, coal is a lot more efficient for steam engines and if you want to do any real building with concrete mining is the only way I know of to realistically get enough limestone.

As far as I know, I’ve done quite a bit of mining on a couple of playthroughs. There’s a mining mod too but I’ve never used it so dunno what it adds.
Dont use the mining mod, i dont know if it has been fixed, but some build ago it didnt let you mine through rock walls (so basically, no underground mining

I ask because I actually was curiuse and been studying some JSON, plus my brother has been coding and used JSON befor so he has been teaching me and little.
Been planing on making some crystal mod and such that adds raw quartz and can be cut in to a refined and cut so it can be used for electronics or some other recipies and other means of obtaining metal and maybe make some items for the mod specifically. But thanks alot peeps!

Also, what would be a best way to access some mutagen frozen in a tank at level 8 of an ice lab (air temp of -138 C)? Just set everything around it on fire…?
Maybe, but -138C might be outside the capabilities of a couple of campfires. That’s really fucken cold.
You could try surrounding it with braziers or if it works like vehicle tanks maybe you can deconstruct it and haul the frozen 60L tank up to the surface.
Tried deconstruction. Liquid just ends up on the ground. And for some reason you can’t pick up frozen liquid. (Rolled back to safe before deconstruction.)
Shame, I was hoping it was like vehicle tanks where you end up with a filled tank.
