one time by accident i managed to walk around by using touch pad of my laptop, its a bug or a feature?
when i was moving my finger left character moved in left direction and did this when i moved in other directions
It’s a feature. It’s been like that for at least a couple of months now. 
(Though IIRC it only works in the Tiles versions of the game, not in the curses ones).
thats wierd, i use console not graphical but i do not see to get this working again for now
Or wait, you mean you were like moving the mouse without clicking and it moved you? That sounds to me more like something weird going on on your computer end then any feature we’ve got in.
If your terminal emulator supports mouse input you can click somewhere twice (not double-click, click, pause, click) to auto-move to that location.
