Is it possible to move the character via the mouse? If not, is there perhaps a mod I could get to do so?
To my knowledge you cannot move with the mouse. Whether someone can mod it for mouse support, I don’t know. Maybe one of the admins or developers can answer that better though.

You can move with the mouse in builds with tiles.
Mouse can be used to move, attack, examine and shoot.
