Relic not found at target location

Got the find relic mission a while ago, and finally found my way over. However the relic doesn’t seem to be in the museum that the museum targets. Is there some trick to finding it, or is the mission broken or something? Because I’ve searched every square of that museum, and there is no relic.

In a much older release i had to find a usb stick in a house. It was nowhere, i searched through the house several times. The usb was outside, close to the house. I’m not sure but maybe the northwest corner of its map tile.

Checked the tiles outside the museum, wasn’t there either. Ended up having to spawn one through debug menu to finish the quest.
