Power armor is cool, as we all know. It also has enough cutting resistance to make your average zombie bite do less than nothing. However, if you get bit, even if you take no damage, you still get the “bite wound” status effect, which then starts stacking up the pain and can get infected. I feel like, if the bite isn’t even hurting you, then maybe it shouldn’t be… there. At all.
Good point, and it seems relatively easy to add in a simple damage check that makes it so that there isn’t a chance of infection with bites that do no damage (and maybe an increased one for high-damage bites?)
That sounds like a solid tradeoff I’d be willing to live with.
