NPCs can see in the dark, and invisible people

NPC was shooting me at midnight, while I was wearing an artifact that made me invisible. I had to throw a flashlight in their direction to shoot back. He had no traits, and no infrared or night vision equipment.

Npc are heavily bugged, yeah, i suggest to you to not play with them active.
