Scenario 1: Vault Escape
Description: You’ve survived the initial tragedy that struck the vault! Unfortunately, you’re still trapped here, knee-deep in the abominations that used to be your friends, and you’ve got some radiation poisoning. It’s time to get the hell out of dodge!
You start at the bottom of the Vault with only a jumpsuit, underwear, and an iodine tablet. You might be able to break out of prison with just the clothes on your back and not get horribly murdered, but can you break out of the Vault and not get swarmed to death by a literal tsunami of radioactive abominations?
Scenario 2: Fungal Town Escape
Description: The entire town turned into mushroom hell overnight! Strange fungus creatures have taken over, and it’s time for you to get out.
You start in an entire town overtaken by Fungaloids. Spores, Fungaloids, Fungal-Infected Creatures(Such as zombies), and other horrors await you. You start with one and only one Anti-Fungal Medication, and the gear from the default “Survivor” profession.
Scenario 3: FEMA Escape
Start in a FEMA Camp.
Scenario 4: Anthill Escape
The player starts off stuck inside an anthill.
Rogue Survivor Building(Hospital w/ Basement) and new Joke(?) Monster: Jason Myers
A fast psychopath with an axe. Only spawns in special Hospitals with basements and generators(You won’t find him on the ground floor of the special Hospital, only in the basement). Hostile to everything like how Jabberwocks are hostile to everything. Has special text like Shia Lebouf, except that the text is about Jason Myers laughing/threatening you/whispering/etc.
The Hospital + Basement building has the lights off as usual, but if you can get past Jason Myers and turn on all the generators, you can also turn on the lights. It worked the same way in Rogue Survivor, too. The inclusion of Jason Myers should probably be limited to Crazy Cataclysm, I guess.
[spoiler=Bunch of NPC Quests]Vengance
Mission Offer: "I’ve finally found the location of the bastard that wronged me. I could use your help in delivering some retribution.
Accepting the mission will spawn the targets in their hideout, wherever it may be. Upon arriving at the hideout, your NPC will confront the targets and engage in combat with them. Kill all the targets to complete the mission.
Nuclear Tomfoolery
Mission Offer: “I just wanna see the world burn again. Help me break into a Missile Silo and I’ll make it worth your while.”
Break into a Missile Silo and launch a nuke at something to complete this mission.
Nuclear Abolition
Mission Offer: “I’ve located a nearby Missile Silo with a still-functioning nuke. Will you help me make the wasteland a safer place by disarming it before someone else uses it for nefarious purposes?”
The opposite of Nuclear Tomfoolery. Disarm a nuke instead of launching one.
Questline: Fungal Eradication
The NPC will task you with destroying Fungal Flowers, a Fungal Bloom, and finally, the Fungal Tower. These will take multiple missions.
Eradicate the Triffids
Raid a Triffid Grove and do some pest removal.
Eradicate the Ants
Raid an Anthill and kill the Queen.
Find Antiparasitic Drugs
Get the NPC some Anti Parasite Drugs.
Find Antifungal Drugs
Find some Fungal Medication quickly.
Investigate Survivalist Stash
Investigate the Survivalist Houses (You know, the ones with booby traps everywhere and boarded up windows) and loot them.
Find Mutagens
A NPC with an addiction to mutating needs your help to find some more mutagens.
Old Guard: Backup Required at Fishing Town
Requires you to be instated as a Marshal by the Representative. The Representative has received word than an Old Guard outpost at an abandoned fishing town is under attack by Hell’s Raiders, and that they need any reinforcements they can get.
Old Guard: Outpost Gone Dark
An Old Guard outpost has suddenly gone dark with no signs of activity. Possible causes for the disturbance may be a sudden, surprise attack by something or somebody, or a mutiny, but nobody will know until you investigate.
Free Merchants(?)/Ranch Guys: Stop Raids
The Ranch has been raided. Track down the troublemakers and deal with them.
Old Guard: Reclaim FEMA Camp
Liberate a FEMA Camp from the undead. Completion will turn the FEMA Camp into an occupied outpost(Like how you can make the Ranch go from only a Carpenter and Foreman to a thriving outpost by doing missions)
Old Guard: Cult Raid
Raid an Apocalypse Cult. Unlike the “Investigate Cult” mission, this is an actual Cult Compound with angry Cultists present.
Drug Addiction
Either find some more drugs so that a NPC can satisfy his addiction, or talk the NPC into going cold turkey(Requires some persuading)
Old Guard: Hostage Taking
A fellow Marshal has been taken hostage, and you’ll have to either negotiate for the Marshal’s freedom or raid the place.
Find LMOE Shelter
Escort a NPC to a LMOE shelter.
Investigate Mine
Complete a Mine Finale
Raid a Lab
Get to the bottom floor of a Lab
Investigate Strange Temple
Take a look inside the Strange Temple
Army Outpost Raid
Raid the Military Outpost
Investigate Bunker
Get inside a Military Bunker

Most of the suggested NPC missions are based off of things already in the game itself, such as the Epilogues(Some of the Epilogues I can remember are about being an innocent casualty in an Old Guard raid).
