I think it would be a good idea to have options for
A: Zombie Health Adjustment
Goes from 0.1 to 50 in increments of 0.1. Adjusts health of zombies. AKA 2 = Zombie’s health is doubled.
B: Zombie Damage Adjustment
Goes from 0.1 to 50 in increments of 0.1. Adjusts damage of zombies. AKA 3 = Zombies deal triple damage.

Well, at its heart Cata is survival game, not a combat game. The current difficulty modifiers (spawn rates, Z’s speed, and starting points) reflect that. I can’t help thinking that adding the option to play with Z’s combat efficacy would put too much focus on fighting.
DDA is a post-apocalypse simulator subject to the Rule of Fun, not any particular type of game. Feel free to tweak your Catacysm to emphasize Survival, Combat, what-have-you, but yours is not the One True Way.
