When I try to craft the mutagen from the standpipe book it does not acknowledge one of the ingredients. I am using version 0.B-2570.

Make sure you arn’t confusing Serum and Mutagen. They are different.
I was making elf-a mutagen and it would not recognize the bird mutagen in my inventory.
Just tried and the stuff worked fine. Thinking it’s fixed in latest.
