It’s so hard to focus on anything these days. Your main concern is expanding, it’s all the matters at the end of the day, really.

Why would you want to focus on anything else? The fungus provides all, the fungus shelters and heals and loves. Expand.

There was some discussion about this in the mutations thread, I don’t know if anyone has done any work on it, though.

Although I am fairly sure someone can lay claim to the fact that they came up with my idea 10 years ago, before cataclysm was a concept, and provide proof to back it up.

MUTCAT_MARLOSS is kinda the fungus mutation. It’s back-burnered because I’d have to do mapgen and critter work to do a proper job of it, and I’d rather get post-Thresholds sorted first.
