I am playing build 10950 without any mods and have some annoying bugs with missions.
First of all, whenever i try to complete a mission, i cannot, only having the option to accept it again and only afterwards it’s possible to complete it on the spot. If i exit game and enter again, the option to complete the mission disappears again.
So i have several instances of the same mission, some of them completed already, but they’re still in the list of active missions.
Another thing is with the Iron Safari mission from Hub 01. I have a selection of 2 missions from them and when i select the Iron Safari one, it gives me the description of the second mission and i cannot complete the Iron Safari mission, even if i have an inactive Talon UGV with me.
