Decrypted one, transcript is empty. WAD?
PS. even checked message log, empty there as well.

It’s part of an NPC questline so (unless it’s bugged) you might need the quest first.
I was able to decrypt top side map content without any form of quest to find a downed aircraft black box. Do you know if this has changed. It would save me a ton of time and potentially save the life of a few toons if you or anyone knows.
