how do i free the prisoners in the back of the migo encampment

The front of the cells are a strong as rock so you can mine through them (if you want to get cooked alive) or you can carefully ram into the back of the encampment with a vehicle to break the resin walls.

I suggest the Sonic Resonator CBM, it seems to work well (might need multiple tries).
